Privacy notice
Last updated September 2026. This is a plain-English summary for a small handmade business - have it checked by a solicitor before you rely on it commercially.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and (if you save one) a delivery address.
- Orders: what you bought, the delivery address and order status history.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card details, only a payment reference.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form.
- Marketing signup: if you sign up for a discount code, your email address and the time you agreed to receive marketing emails from us.
How we use it
To make and deliver your orders, to let you track them, and to reply to enquiries. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
If you've signed up for a discount code, we'll also send you occasional marketing emails, but only if you ticked the box to opt in when you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails, or by emailing us. This doesn't affect emails about an order you've actually placed, which we'll always send regardless.
Who we share it with
Payment is handled by Stripe. Delivery is handled by Royal Mail, who we give your name and delivery address to in order to book and label your parcel. Neither uses your data for their own marketing.
Cookies
One essential session cookie keeps you signed in and remembers your bag. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment page for fraud prevention. If you dismiss or complete the discount-code popup, we remember that in your browser's local storage so it doesn't keep reappearing. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
