UK delivery - free

Every order ships free within the UK on a tracked service. Because each coaster is engraved to order, allow 3–5 working days for making, plus delivery time.

Tracking your order

Sign in and open your orders to follow each stage - order placed, engraving, dispatched, delivered. When your parcel leaves us, any courier tracking number appears on the order page.

International

We can ship outside the UK by arrangement - email info@theslatecoastercompany.com with what you'd like and where it's going for a quote.

Something wrong with your order?

Slate is stone, and very occasionally a piece doesn't survive the post. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo to info@theslatecoastercompany.com within 14 days and we'll remake and resend it.
